New Programs

The IAFP is continuously working to expand and enhance our member programs and services to better serve you.

So...

.. We've partnered with CentreLearn, ASTNA, UTSW and Jones & Bartlett
.. We are taking more projects like the National EMS Scope of Practice Curriculum work group.
.. We are advocating for national and international critical care recognition. And

What have we done for you lately?

  • We are in support of the new Critical Care Paramedic Certification (CCP-P) exam developed by the BCCTPC, and will help to establish this credential as a recognized standard for paramedics.
  • We have partnered with ASTNA and University of Texas Southwest to develop TraCER -a Transport Certification Exam Review Course.
  • We have endorsed the Critical Care Transport textbook published by Jones & Bartlett, as a prep source for the FP-C and CCP-C Exams.
  • We have launched an Online Flight Paramedic Study Guide with CentreLearn Online learning for IAFP members.
  • We attended the NTSB hearing in Washington, DC, to voice safety concerns of our members.
  • State Delegates are working together to share resources and address local issues.
  • We've continued to bring you outstanding industry leaders for the annual IAFP Leadership PreCon held each year at AMTC and designed to give you the tools you need to make the transition from field provider to program leader successful. We know you're a great field provider or you wouldn't be where you are. You don't get educated in all things management just by walking through the door of your new office. So each year, we'll present a new management topic: leadership, finance, human resources, etc to help you either prepare or hone your skills. You'll also get 6 MTLI Management Education Units each year.

Now it's up to you! What would you like us to do?
